Type I can see using in my current projects!

The first one I fell in love with, but it took a while gestating to see where I could use it! The designer uses powerlines to form a garamond typeface. The secondd one is type make out of cake!!! Yay edible letterforms!!! lol

I have decided to use the ‘garamond powerline’ editorially in the magazine I am designing. The second one I can see doing something similar for a friends business – just really cool, and if you are reading this you know who you are! Come talk to me!!! ;)

Dublin, Ireland-based design studio Aad used real cake to create the typography for this album design project. Yum!

The Cake Sale is an album featuring collaborations between Irish and international singers and songwriters. All profits for the album were donated to oxfam. We translated the albums idea, and name into a spread of tasty looking cakes that spelled out the albums name. To make sure that people knew that the image was real, not Photoshopped, we used behind the scenes images on the promotional releases.
